The death toll from the storm rose to 35 as residents of mid-Atlantic and Northeast states began assessing the damage wrought by the destructive storm. Millions were still without power, and torrential floodwaters threatened towns in Vermont and elsewhere…

Hi. I’ve received an email from ‘PayPal’ stating that they cannot reply to my request – whatever that was – and that I should log in to contact them. I never made a request therefore I am ‘scared’ to log in incase my login is being monitored. My point is that PayPal do not provide a means to contact them which doesn’t involve logging in. Even phoning you have to log in first to obtain a pin number. THat approach has got to be wrong and plays in to the ‘harvesters’ hands. Any ideas how I can urgently contact them…
